What an amazing and magical time of year! There is such a flurry of activity in all aspects of our lives as we prepare to change with the seasons. It’s a time to change or be changed, a time where our efforts of sowing and nurturing have come to a head that we can now harvest and store for the long winter of renewal. It’s a season of releasing, of letting go of the familiar in order to make room in our lives for change. The dark winter season allows us time to rest and to get in touch with our inner wisdom…to tap into the teachings of the universe so we are fully prepared to emerge with full vitality and inspiration in the spring!
