SHEEP DOG CAMP
A great weekend for you and your favorite herding dog to learn and practice herding skills!
The camp is limited to a small group of 8 dogs and handlers, so each
team will have plenty of working sessions during the weekend. Kathy will help
you set your training goals for the day, and work with you and your dog
during your lessons.
You will be able to watch the other lessons, share experiences and help
with sheep tending chores -- all adding up to a fun and intensive
learning experience!
School sheep for novices or challenging Cheviot ewes for more
advanced dogs are available, as well as different sized working areas
to match your level for optimal learning.
Handlers should have some herding experience to attend this
camp. If you are new to herding, check out the Sheep Herding 101
clinics in the calendar, or schedule a private lesson or two before the camp.
We will provide coffee and breakfast snack in the morning, and a light lunch in the afternoon.
Saturday and Sunday June 7th and 8th, 2008, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Tuition: $195.00 per dog
Please register by May 26th.

- Event will be held Rain or Shine - Dress for the weather.
